Today, the Nobel Prize was awarded to two economists, Thomas Sargent and Christopher Sims, for their work on how expectations influence our decisions. I've linked to a short yet very good description of what they've done that is written by the group who awards the Nobel Prize. Because this is a macro topic you won't have to worry about it for the CE quiz, I've just provided it for those of you who are interested.
